Lovarra & Air for Wings

We have over 1000 songs, including dozens of Lovarra originals.

”The second the music starts, Lovarra pulls the audience on board. She owns that stage.”

Snap

Some summer sizzle. My top release in the summer of 2020. Kind of Orbison-meets-Elvis. Get’s people movin’.

Wicked Game (Cover)

A 30th anniversary cover of this haunting song. I hope I captured the sultry angst, the push pull of being drawn toward the very thing that is going to be your doom.

Heart Wide Open

Audiences love this one. It’s fun. Everyone taps their toes and sings along. Parents dance with their children. I love those moments. <3

Cocktail Umbrellas in the Rain

An anthem to energize our focus for Climate Change.

Crown of Thorns

As a performing artist living in BC, and as a step-mother to three Métis, I am devastated by the revelation of the 215 Indigenous children buried at a residential school here in BC.  I had to find a way to express what my children have not been able to say.

Earlier this year, in seeing what my family endures, I was driven to write “Crown of Thorns”, to reveal the isolation that comes from feeling abandoned in our deepest pain, and yet still having to come back to a world that asks us to trust.

As the song evolved, I drew on other experiences to reach into a common human condition.  With it, I hope to reach silenced voices that long to speak.

The Bill Murray Song

Let's have some fun! Everything in this song is either from a Bill Murray “sighting” or refers to one of his movies. Bill Murray likes to casually join in whatever ordinary people are doing. Maybe you’ll tug on your bartender’s sleeve and he turns around and it’s Bill Murray. Or you get your wedding photos taken outside and, days later, you get them back and notice Bill Murray is standing there among your wedding guests. Then there’s the chorus, “It just doesn’t matter!” He says that in his movies a lot. (Good advice.) He’s encouraging us not to take our lives too seriously.

Rearrange the Rain

When I’m up there and see couples swaying together in each others’ arms to this song - this makes it so worth it.
